Gene Luen Yang Illustration for EastBay Today
I illustrated Gene Luen Yang for print and web publications of EastBay Today. Gene Luen Yang is a California State University East Bay (CSUEB) honors alumnus, author, illustrator Gene Luen Yang whose work includes 10 issues of monthly Superman for DC Comics, including a new character, “New Super-man,” in which he said “a Chinese kid in Shanghai inherits some of Clark Kent’s powers and becomes the Superman of China.”
As a fellow CSUEB alumnus, illustrator and comic fan, this was a fun project for me. Here’s a link to the web publication:
